Range Installation Specialist

Trackman

• Travel, Install, calibrate, and test to ensure that driving range installations are completed in line with expectations. • Work directly with Trackman Range Project Manager to understand and verify all project requirements and prerequisites are met prior to installation. • Travel, troubleshoot, conduct maintenance to ensure that existing customers are happy about our products. • Assist Trackman Operations team with additional tasks as needed while not on-site for an installation. • Carry-out end to end and high-quality installation of Trackman Range technology. • Establish positive relationships with customers and co-workers. • Provide client support per our current policies and agreements. • Establish best practices and innovative concepts related to product installations. • Assist the Trackman Operations team with additional tasks as needed to help the Trackman business. • Lead by example, demonstrating an attitude of safety, cost control, asset management, and professionalism to all indirect supervision.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally; 4 days a week.
  • Japanese Language: native level in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Strong organization, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with project coordination and installations.
  • Ability to use all needed hand tools, securing and terminating wire/cables.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure, setting up networks and servers (preferred).
  • Passion, drive, excellent work ethic, and ability to self-start without direct supervision.
  • Must have and retain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Personal drive, self-starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Manage your own time effectively and efficiently.
  • Consider other’s views and demonstrates listening skills.
  • Pass background check.
  • Preferably: English Language: comfortable in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Works experience in the local golf industry.
  • Experience in using Monday.com.
  • Advanced computer skills: Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.
