Patient Liaison

Lange Recruiting

• Engage with prospective patients who inquire about SignatureMD physicians and programs. • Clearly communicate the benefits of personalized healthcare and concierge medicine services. • Build relationships with prospective patients and guide them through the membership enrollment process. • Conduct timely follow-up communications to answer questions and encourage enrollment. • Accurately document all interactions, activities, and outcomes within our CRM system. • Track and meet performance metrics, including outreach activity and conversion goals. • Participate in patient informational sessions and occasional evening events as needed. • Attend training sessions and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience. • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all privacy requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, healthcare services, customer success, patient relations, or high-touch hospitality environments.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of healthcare services; familiarity with concierge or personalized medicine is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
