Internal Control Specialist

• Actively seek out and drive improvement opportunities on our policies, procedures, and processes, proposing solutions to ensure real improvement in our Corporate Governance and Compliance • Evaluate projects from the idea stage to project execution by securing solid business justification, issue & risk management • Work independently and ensure that all required documentation is completed, or for any implementation • Perform periodic user accounts and access rights reviews to ensure compliance with system application security • Review the main Tribe’s KPIs and ensure that they’re correctly being implemented and reported • Perform procedure and process analysis deep-dives to identify problems, opportunities, and specific actions required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Legal
- 5+ years of experience in Compliance OR Audit positions
- 3 years of experience in a Big 4 (Deloitte / EY / KPMG / PwC)
- E-commerce and/or retail experience is a plus
- Have worked with foreign normative (not only local)
- Have experience implementing Internal Audits direct to the company (not only consulting)
