• Prepare and manage daily US cash positioning to ensure liquidity. • Initiate, track, and confirm wire payments; maintain accurate records and documentation. • Coordinate with banks to manage transactions, resolve issues, and support audit inquiries. • Maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. • Provide analytical support and recommendations for banking structures and process improvements. • Support ERP enhancements, automation initiatives, and system testing. • Collaborate with business and technology partners to improve treasury processes. • Contribute to department budgeting, cost control, and special projects. • Maintain and improve treasury policies, procedures, and reporting.

• Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and resolving system errors to ensure uninterrupted use of the EHR system. • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and upgrades, to ensure the stability and security of the EHR system. • Participate in testing and validation activities for system changes, enhancements, and upgrades, following pre-defined change management processes. • Assist in configuring and customizing the EHR system to meet the specific needs and workflows of healthcare providers and organizations implementing operationally approved optimizations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, clinicians, administrators, and vendors, to support EHR initiatives and projects, and facilitate communication and coordination. • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, user procedures, and support issues.

• Accounting entries, account reconciliations, preparation of trial balances and financial statements. • Preparation/issuance of withheld taxes and calculation of direct and indirect taxes, such as PIS, COFINS, CSLL, IRPJ, RET, ICMS, DIFAL, ISS and Simples Nacional. • Filing of ancillary tax declarations, such as DCTF, EFD Contribuições, EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb, ECD, ECF, DIRF and DIMOB. • Other activities related to the area.
