French or Italian Customer Advisor
Cross Border Talents
• Provide prompt and courteous support to Italian-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone channels. • Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, technical troubleshooting, and general assistance related to our streaming platform. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with streaming devices, account access, and content playback. • Educate customers on product features, content offerings, and subscription options to enhance their streaming experience. • Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in our CRM system. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Support and Content Management, to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions. • Stay up-to-date on product updates, new features, and industry trends to better assist customers and address their needs effectively.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in French OR Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a remote or digital environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, with access to a stable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
