• Gestionar consultas sobre productos, stock y disponibilidad. • Realizar el seguimiento y resolución de incidencias, garantías y reclamos. • Coordinar el alta, acompañamiento y atención diaria de proveedores. • Mantener una comunicación fluida con el almacén, las áreas operativas y los partners logísticos asociados, asegurando un correcto flujo de información. • Supervisar la calidad y actualización de la información de productos e inventario. • Identificar oportunidades de mejora para optimizar procesos y fortalecer la relación con proveedores.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia previa en roles relacionados con e-commerce, logística, comercio exterior o gestión de proveedores (2-3 años).
- Formación académica en logística, negocios internacionales o áreas afines (no excluyente).
- Habilidades de negociación y perfil comercial.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas de forma proactiva y bajo presión.
- Excelente habilidad de comunicación, escucha activa y trabajo en equipo.
- Dominio avanzado de herramientas informáticas, especialmente Excel.
- Flexibilidad horaria (Pude ser un horario en la mañana los primeros meses de capacitación y luego cambie al horario de la tarde).
- Inglés intermedio (deseable no excluyente).
