• Assist clients through the complete process of buying, selling, and leasing residential properties (viewings, negotiations, and closing). • Generate and manage high-quality leads through personal prospecting, company support, referrals, and targeted marketing activities. • Advise clients on specific Dubai communities, property values, rental yields, payment plans, and emerging market trends. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with property owners, developers, private investors, and co-brokers. • Establish and dominate a clear geographic area, community, or property type niche within Dubai. • Focus on accountability and optimized schedules, not clock-watching.
Job Requirements
- Experience in residential real estate, brokerage, leasing, or property sales is highly preferred.
- A strong understanding of Dubai’s residential real estate market and regulations is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional presentation, immaculate corporate etiquette, and rigorous client follow-up.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and fiercely results-driven.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
- An active social media presence or a strong willingness to build a personal brand is a major plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

We are looking for a Clinical Trial Leader (CTL) to join our A-team (office-based*/remote). As a CTL at Allucent, you are providing leadership, management and oversight to the Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and other clinical functional groups, in their day-to-day clinical trial activities on a global, multi-country, or regional basis. The CTL is responsible for coordinating and managing the planning, implementation, tracking, and ensuring the clinical deliverables as per the trial contract, budget, timelines and with quality. ResponsibilitiesAs an expert in Clinical Trial Leadership, you are: - **Coordinating and managing CRA activities **across all geographies, liaising with sponsor and Project Manager and other functional leads to ensure clinical monitoring deliverables (timeline, budget, quality, productivity) are met. - **Liaising closely with the Project Manager (PM) and other department leaders** if /when necessary, on all trial-related issues and service delivery. - **Supporting the management team **with training, process improvements, co-monitoring visits, mentoring of staff and / or any other special assignments within Global Clinical Operations.
