Vendor Support Assistant
PCV Murcor
• Responsible for supporting the vendor services teams by providing daily traffic schedule reports • Reviewing open orders • De-escalating issues from vendors • Review/Update/approve Ship Override orders queued • Review CRM Sales Contracts- Redact/Upload/Update VMS Notes • Handle license discipline and expirations notifications received from the Appraisal Subcommittee website • Review/Process CRM queues request Vendor files, Vendor Apps, • Vendor support, Encompass order shipped, HW mailing • Maintain/Update vendor information within individual profiles • Process manual order entry for clients • May be responsible for processing vendor backgrounds, pending authorizations • May be responsible for client exclusionary list • Process new vendor onboarding documents • Support Vendor relations, Assigners, Status, Revisions and other staff as needed • Provide support to internal external clients based on client or company needs • Handle inbound client customer phone calls via Finesses • Respond to phone calls or emails regarding appraisal reports and processes • Trouble shoot issues with borrower mailing queue and submit helpdesk tickets as needed • Monitor Unpaid Orders queue • Perform clerical duties • Update client order submitted via Encompass • Update attendance hotline daily • Support Sales Department fee quotes • Support Wells Fargo fee quotes • Other duties as assigned, including cross training
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years customer services experience
- AMC or bank experience
- Experience in fast paced environment
- Prior Knowledge Customer Service principals
- Appraisal Management and Review
- Detailed oriented with excellent listening and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) intermediate level and above
- Ability to resolve problems and remove barriers to problem resolution
- Negotiation skills to reach mutual agreements with vendors over issues
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
