• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to understand their travel needs and preferences • Research and recommend destinations, flights, accommodations, and activities based on client's budget and preferences • Create customized itineraries and travel packages for clients • Handle all aspects of the booking process, including making reservations, processing payments, and issuing travel documents • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire travel process • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and new destinations to better serve our clients • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient booking process • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, and hotel chains
- Proficient in using online booking systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and remotely
