School Social Worker
MIYO Health
• Provide virtual social-emotional support and counseling services to students • Conduct student check-ins and monitor progress toward social-emotional goals • Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources to support student well-being • Participate in student support team meetings as needed • Assist with attendance, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions • Maintain accurate documentation and service records • Support the school's efforts to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
- Active Colorado School Social Worker credential from the Colorado Department of Education or ability to obtain required Colorado credentials (we will reimburse for cross-licensing!)
- Experience working with schools and school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport and engage students in a virtual environment
