Role Description As a Sr. Solutions Representative, you will be responsible for orchestrating the entire account team—including sales, solutions, and technical experts—to ensure flawless execution. Your mission is to maximize the effectiveness of every field selling resource (AE, CEP, SSE, SAE, etc.) and consistently drive substantial, long-term revenue growth. Along the way, you will get to: - Quarterback to the Account Team: Act as the "heartbeat" of the team. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure a seamless sales cycle from discovery to delivery. As an Account Manager, your commitment should be "All-in" with your Account Executive (AE), “white-glove” with clients, and a trusted resource for our partners. - Proactive Engagement: Take ownership of account-specific goals. Foster direct client engagement and ensure all team members are aligned with client objectives. - Manage End-to-End Success: Oversee all transactions from quotes to payment to delivery, ensuring data integrity, process adherence, and consistent, high-touch client experience throughout. - Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner tightly with the Services Account Executive (SAE, formerly CSD-Client Services Director) and strategically engage CEPs, MDEs, SSEs, FA, and BDMs. - Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. Qualifications - 4+ years of relevant experience in strategic account management, sales support, or a high-touch customer-facing role (Bachelor’s degree in Business or Tech preferred). - Foundational knowledge of the technology landscape (Cloud, Networking, Security, and AI). - Proven ability to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail.
