Job Requirements

Gritter Francona is seeking an experienced Nuvolo Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Nuvolo Clinical EAM and OT Security Operations & Maintenance (O&M) program for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Service Line. The Nuvolo application is an enterprise asset management (EAM) module built on the ServiceNow platform, delivering a modern Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). It replaces legacy functionality previously supported by VistA AEMS/MERS and IBM Maximo. The Nuvolo Clinical EAM and OT Security modules strengthen clinical asset lifecycle management, improve preventive maintenance documentation, and enhance operational performance across Veterans Medical Centers (VAMCs). Nuvolo SME provides deep functional and technical expertise in enterprise asset management, biomedical engineering workflows, and healthcare technology management operations. This role ensures optimal system configuration, performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across development, test, and Production environments. The Nuvolo SME's duties include but not limited to: Functional & Technical Leadership - Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Nuvolo Clinical EAM and OT Security modules. - Provide expert guidance on asset lifecycle management, preventive maintenance compliance, and clinical device documentation. - Advise leadership on system optimization strategies to improve clinical asset up time and service delivery. - Ensure alignment between HTM operational workflows and system configuration. Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Support - Provide oversight and expert support for: - Application upgrades and patches - Scheduled software maintenance - Workflow enhancements - Interface updates and integrations - Dashboard and report development - Notification and system email updates - Group/role configuration changes - Support incident response, break/fix remediation, and root cause analysis. - Participate in planning, testing, and issue mitigation during periodic ServiceNow and Nuvolo release cycles.
