• Drive the research process from ideation to final implementation • Analyse the crypto ecosystems to uncover the fundamental dynamics that drive price and risk formation • Utilise advanced statistical techniques on both traditional and crypto-specific data sets • Conceptualise and enhance monetisation systems for trading signals and other market anomalies • Implement, backtest, and deploy algorithmic trading strategies within a live trading environment • Monitor live strategy performance and integrate insights into the research loop • Participate in the development of our research agenda based on research findings and ideas

• You will be joining a small grantmaking team to contribute to our ambitious research agenda on malaria. • You’ll sift through the countless questions we could try to answer, and honing in on those that matter most. • You’ll also communicate externally about your work and mentor and advise other researchers on the team. • You will shape a research agenda that brings rigor and creativity to the thorniest questions the GiveWell malaria team faces. • Your work will combine empirical evidence review and critical synthesis, cost-effectiveness modeling, discussions with subject matter experts, understanding of the broader context, and your own judgment.

• Plan and run discovery research across several user groups, from agency staff to external users. • Conduct field research, contextual inquiry, and observational sessions, not surveys alone. • Support service blueprints and process maps that trace work across actors, systems, and handoffs. • Synthesize findings into research reports, personas, and requirements that hold up to scrutiny. • Validate findings with participants before delivery.

• Partner with product trios to deliver timely, decision-ready research that informs product strategy and development. • Plan and conduct qualitative research, including customer interviews, synthesis, and structured analysis. • Perform competitive and market research to help teams understand trends, opportunities, and emerging customer needs. • Design, build, and maintain AI-assisted workflows that improve research operations, including recruitment, synthesis, analysis, and reporting. • Create reusable research tools, templates, and frameworks that enable product teams to answer common research questions independently. • Establish quality standards and validation processes that ensure AI-generated outputs are grounded in real evidence and sound research practices. • Improve how research is captured, shared, and reused across the organization. • Present findings in ways that build genuine empathy for users — turning data and interviews into stories that stick and drive decisions. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to connect customer insights with product outcomes. • Proactively identify opportunities to increase the impact, efficiency, and scalability of research at Frontify. • Balance multiple priorities across teams while maintaining a high bar for rigor, quality, and speed.
