• Supporting the Operations team. Your duties include organizing internal documentation, assisting with reconciliations, handling queries and ad-hoc reporting, and supporting settlement and corporate action processes. • Helping with daily position and cash reconciliations. • Assisting with system connectivity setup and user testing. • Interfacing with the technology team to improve workflow and reporting automation, as well as to increase scalability. • Collaborating with our compliance team, particularly with the maintenance of automated order filtering and management of exceptions. • Engaging in treasury activity (collateral and cash-equivalent management), allowing portfolio managers and executing traders to operate safely. • Participating in pricing and valuation review flow, focusing on easing communication through common data standards and understanding.
