Virtual Primary Care Physician, MD/DO

• Provide virtual primary and acute care for our diverse patient population • Conduct thorough patient assessments using virtual tools, clinical judgment, and support from our on-site paramedics • Diagnose and treat common and chronic conditions and manage follow-ups • Address urgent concerns and triage appropriately for higher-level care when needed • Collaborate with internal specialty program teams for integrated, coordinated treatment plans • Order and review labs, imaging, and diagnostics; prescribe medications; and manage referrals as appropriate • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EMR system • Participate in peer collaboration, clinical meetings, and continuous improvement efforts
Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty
- Active, unrestricted medical license in good standing in multiple states (20+ states minimum, 40+ ideal) which must include Missouri, California, South Carolina, and Georgia
- 4+ years of experience in outpatient primary care or a related clinical setting
- Passion for technology-enabled care and comfort navigating virtual platforms and connected diagnostic devices
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient relationship-building skills
- Interest in contributing to a mission-driven, fast-paced, and collaborative startup environment
