• Independently develop insights from qualitative and quantitative inputs • Translate complex science and market dynamics into clear POVs and recommendations • Operate confidently across therapeutic areas and drug modalities • Own end-to-end work product, timelines, and follow-ups from strategy through client delivery • Build and refine client-ready decks and materials directly • Incorporate feedback in real time and iterate quickly • Maintain high standards of quality, clarity, and polish across outputs • Partner effectively with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders • Translate between client objectives, scientific context, and executional requirements
Job Requirements
- 6–10 years relevant experience in pharma
- Background in strategy, insights, medical communications, consulting, or agency
- Experience with pharmaceutical external communications including HCPs, patients, or advocacy
- Strong scientific literacy including disease states, MOA, and clinical data
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize information into clear presentations
- Proven record of owning execution not just strategy
