• Assist the physician with daily patient documentation and progress notes. • Accurately transcribe and organize physician dictations. • Prepare structured and complete clinical notes for patient records. • Ensure all documentation is medically accurate and professionally formatted. • Review and summarize patient concerns and clinical objectives. • Analyze vital signs, lab results, and diagnostic data. • Review nursing progress notes and incident reports. • Track specialist consults, follow-ups, and pending appointments. • Maintain clear and organized patient summaries for physician review. • Navigate and update patient records within the PCC EMR system. • Ensure all entries are accurate, complete, and properly categorized. • Support ongoing EMR workflow efficiency and accuracy. • Assist the physician during rounding when real-time documentation is required. • Capture and organize clinical updates during patient interactions. • Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times. • Collaborate with the physician through Microsoft Teams and other communication tools.

• Review and validate detailed engineering and insurance-related reports • Proofread and edit technical reports for grammar, clarity, and consistency • Review numerical data, calculations, and engineering-related details for accuracy • Cross-check information between reports, supporting documents, and spreadsheets • Work with Excel and Microsoft Office tools to validate data and formatting • Ensure reports meet company standards and client expectations • Flag discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information for correction • Work collaboratively with others to communicate discrepancies

• Manage and maintain product listings within Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central • Troubleshoot and resolve catalog issues, including suppressed listings, detail page errors, stranded inventory, and variation inconsistencies • Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, and product descriptions in alignment with Amazon guidelines • Build and manage parent-child variations to ensure proper catalog structure and customer experience • Utilize and upload flat files (bulk templates) for efficient catalog updates and large-scale changes • Work directly with Amazon Support and Brand Registry to open and manage cases, resolve listing conflicts, and enforce brand content • Conduct regular detail page audits to identify opportunities for content improvement, compliance, and conversion optimization • Upload and manage product images, ensuring they meet Amazon requirements and enhance the customer experience • Monitor and report on catalog health, listing performance, and issue resolution status • Update sales trackers and other internal reporting

• Conduct safe and efficient repairs to all Wind Turbine electrical systems. • Detailed knowledge and skill in generators, converters, controllers, and electrical equipment. • Ability to read and interpret schematics by various Wind Turbine manufacturers. • May be required to perform LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) of equipment as an Authorized Person. • At times, you may be required to support lifting operations following skills verification of Large Components.
