Director of Controls – Integrated Systems
Switzerland Global Enterprise
• lead the integration of x-GEV control systems solutions for complex power projects • work closely with stakeholders across controls engineering and product management teams • establish a structured framework for defining functional requirements and control philosophy • ensure clear communication across controls engineering teams • identify gaps in system-level controls solutions and lead cross-business NPI initiatives • support the lifecycle of new control products, from concept through deployment
Job Requirements
- deep expertise in control systems and power systems
- strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- experience in integrating and optimizing control systems
- experience in complex power projects (data center applications & large hybrids)
- ability to define control system architecture and functional requirements
- experience in cross-business coordination and communication
- capable of coordinating systems simulation testing and validation efforts
