Job Description

AI Solution Architect, Pre-Sales

Syniti

Role Description We are hiring a senior individual contributor who thrives in ambiguity and owns complex business problems end to end. This role is not about following predefined technical instructions or implementing documented solutions. It is about identifying the right problems to solve, framing them correctly, and applying technology, including AI, in pragmatic and creative ways to deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate operates at the intersection of business, data, and technology. They translate unclear, high impact business challenges into deployable decision systems and ensure those solutions are adopted, governed, and sustained in real operational environments. What You Will Do - Own ambiguous, high value business problems from initial framing through delivery and adoption. - Work with business stakeholders to clarify goals, constraints, risks, and success metrics. - Translate business objectives into decision requirements, data needs, evaluation criteria, and solution approaches. - Partner with technical teams to design and apply AI and analytics solutions that are fit for real world use. - Evaluate tradeoffs between accuracy, speed, cost, risk, and adoption rather than optimizing a single metric. - Design solutions that account for data quality, governance, operational workflows, and human decision making. - Drive stakeholder alignment and decision making using evidence, not authority. - Measure impact post deployment and iterate based on outcomes and feedback. - Document assumptions, decisions, and learnings to enable reuse and scaling. What Success Looks Like - Business problems are framed clearly and correctly before technology is applied. - Solutions move from concept to production and are actually used by the business. - Stakeholders understand tradeoffs and trust the decision process. - AI and analytics efforts result in measurable operational or financial impact. - Risks related to data quality, bias, governance, or adoption are identified early and managed intentionally. - Lessons learned are captured and reused across domains. Core Competencies We Are Hiring For - Problem Framing and Judgment - Business and Technical Translation - Socio Technical Delivery - Learning Velocity What It Takes - Proven experience owning complex, cross functional problem solving initiatives. - Demonstrated track record of translating business problems into analytical, AI, or decision support solutions. - Strong reasoning and judgment in situations with uncertainty and competing priorities. - Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and discussion. - Experience working with data, analytics, or AI teams in applied settings. - Comfort being accountable for outcomes, not just recommendations. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in roles such as analytics translator, solution architect, product strategy, applied data science, or management consulting. - Experience delivering solutions that changed operational workflows or decisions. - Familiarity with data governance, data quality, or AI risk considerations. - Experience writing decision memos, business cases, or structured problem statements. - Background that combines technical depth with business ownership. Who This Role Is Not For - Individuals who prefer fully specified requirements and predefined solution paths. - Roles focused solely on model building or technical execution without business ownership. - Candidates who optimize for technical elegance without regard for adoption or impact. Why This Role Matters As AI capabilities accelerate, competitive advantage shifts away from tooling and toward problem selection, framing, and execution. This role is critical to ensuring AI investments translate into durable business capability rather than isolated pilots. What We Offer - Trust in your talent. - Growth opportunities. - Support from a collaborative team. - Curiosity and genuine interest in you. - Recognition of individual achievements. - An open organisation. Our Commitment to Inclusion At Syniti, we’re committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and fair workplace where everyone belongs and thrives. We believe that diverse perspectives make us stronger — and we value the unique backgrounds, experiences, and voices each person brings to our team.
