• Developing and managing construction schedules for data center projects using Primavera P6, Synchro, and Microsoft Project. • Using estimating tools to calculate material quantities and labor requirements for project execution. • Creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), define tasks, allocate resources, and establish activity codes to clarify project scopes. • Calculating critical path, resource needs, and project slack to ensure timely delivery and resource optimization. • Generating GANNT charts, resource allocation charts, and other essential reports for project stakeholders. • Collaborating with BIM teams to integrate project schedules with the Revit BIM model, facilitating the creation of 4D BIM schedules and construction simulations.

• Extract, manage, and validate model-based quantities from multidisciplinary BIM models (Structural, Architectural, MEP) using Assemble • Leverage strong Revit model understanding to ensure quantities are derived from correctly structured and modeled elements • Create and maintain consistent quantity breakdowns aligned with data center scopes (foundations, superstructure, MEP systems, equipment zones, phases) • Ensure quantity accuracy and traceability across model revisions and design milestones • Perform model comparison and quantity change analysis between Revit model versions • Identify and communicate quantity and cost-impacting changes to estimating and project teams • Support rapid design iteration typical of hyperscale and AI data center projects • Review Revit models for parameter completeness, modeling consistency, and classification • Coordinate with BIM authors to resolve issues that impact quantities and downstream analysis • Export structured quantity data to Excel or other cost tools for pricing and analysis • Prepare clear quantity reports, change summaries, and dashboards for internal teams and US-based clients • Use Power BI (where available) to visualize quantities, trends, and design changes across model versions • Support repeatability and auditability of quantities across large, program-level data center projects.

• Own end-to-end institutional onboarding of White Label Pro clients — from kickoff through go-live and into steady-state support — ensuring delivery meets internal control, regulatory, and client SLA standards. • Coordinate across teams across Operations, Market Data, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Technology, holding stakeholders to a shared timeline and unblocking dependencies without formal authority. • Resolve operational bottlenecks in client onboarding and change management. Diagnose root causes, redesign processes, and embed controls that hold up under regulatory scrutiny. • Establish the delivery playbook through clear, maintained documentation covering setup, configuration, sign-off, and handover — serving as the single source of truth and a defensible audit trail. • Define and own the QA layer for delivery, including checklists that verify inflow and outflow of funds, test trades, and platform behaviour prior to client go-live. • Navigate regulatory complexity across multiple jurisdictions and regulated entities, partnering with Compliance, Risk, and Finance to ensure onboarding and ongoing operations meet applicable obligations (e.g. CySEC, FCA, MFSA, SFC). • Own the commercial cost-structure model for White Label Pro, covering data feeds, brokerage costs, and trading costs — informing pricing decisions, margin analysis, and competitive positioning. • Provide visibility to leadership of delivery KPIs, surface risks early, and present progress and economics to senior stakeholders. • Continuously improve the product by feeding structured client feedback into the engineering and platform roadmap.

• Performs secondary reviews of completed outpatient coding validation audits to verify coding accuracy, supporting rationale, and compliance with official coding guidelines, payer policies, reimbursement methodologies, and internal audit standards. • Evaluates auditor performance against established quality and accuracy benchmarks, identifying trends, educational opportunities, and areas requiring corrective action. • Provides detailed, constructive feedback and coaching to auditors to promote consistency, accuracy, and appropriate interpretation and application of coding and billing guidelines. • Develops, maintains, and enhances quality assurance tools, scorecards, audit tracking mechanisms, and documentation standards to support objective and consistent review processes. • Collaborates with leadership and operational teams to improve audit methodologies, clarify coding guidance, standardize processes, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives. • Validates accurate assignment and review of CPT, HCPCS Level II, and ICD-10-CM codes, including appropriate use of modifiers and supporting references such as Official Coding Guidelines, CMS regulations, AMA guidance, LCDs, and NCDs. • Develops and maintains QA tools, scorecards, and documentation standards to support objective review processes. • Monitors and reports QA metrics, audit findings, quality trends, and corrective action plans to leadership for performance oversight and operational improvement. • Maintains current knowledge of outpatient reimbursement methodologies, regulatory updates, coding changes, and industry standards related to Medicare OPPS, APCs, and EAPGs. • Ensures adherence to ethical coding and auditing standards established by AHIMA, AAPC, CMS, and organizational compliance policies. • Performs secondary reviews across multiple audit and coding platforms while maintaining established productivity and quality expectations. • Assists with development and delivery of training materials and educational resources related to identified trends, coding updates, policy changes, and performance improvement opportunities. • Participates in calibration sessions and quality consistency initiatives to ensure standardized audit interpretation and scoring methodologies. • Performs other duties as assigned.
