SAT/ACT Tutor
PrepScholar
• Teach the SAT and ACT to students all over the US and the world. • Customize instruction based on students' weaknesses and learning styles. • Engage and build rapport with students for effective learning. • Maintain a consistent availability of 20-40 hours per week for tutoring sessions.
Job Requirements
- 99%ile SAT or ACT score. Ideally you scored 2300+/1540+ on the SAT and/or 34+ on the ACT. You know the test inside and out.
- Degree from a highly selective undergraduate or graduate institution. (Current undergraduates can apply, but you are expected to have consistent schedule openings.)
- Great teaching skills. You understand how to identify weak points in a student's thinking and customize your instruction accordingly. You know how to break down tough questions into easy-to-grasp concepts. You can easily engage and build rapport with students.
- Serious commitment and reliability. You take great pride in your work and never phone it in. You always pull through and deliver. You're rarely the one late to a meeting.
- At least 20 hours of availability every week. We’re looking for tutors who have 20-40 hours a week to work with students.

• Develop relationship with key prescribers and KOLs by providing a high level of service and responsiveness, ongoing education and clinical expertise regarding the use of Tactile’s products • Possess and share superior clinical knowledge of the company’s products, their clinical applications and instructions for use • Assist sales representatives to develop new sales opportunities and accounts with physicians and hospitals • Liaison with Medical Education, Sales Training and Product Development to assist with all aspects of developing and executing continuing education and training programs for the sales • Provide live in-service education and in-service programs to assigned accounts as directed by the Area Directors • Represent Tactile Medical at conferences, trade shows, seminars and workshops • Provide clinical guidance for the development of clinically focused materials for patients, clinicians and physicians • Responsible for professional, thorough and timely follow-through of clinical requests • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business • Identify and respond to areas of clinical training need, including the ongoing improvement and development of training and support materials • Provide insight in meetings and suggestions for continuous improvements and best practices, process improvement and product development • Educate clinicians on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms. • Engage with cardiologists / endocrinologists / healthcare professionals / stakeholders to educate on clinical and scientific evidence to advance treatment landscape as aligned with strategic imperatives. • Educate on RNAi technology, hypertriglyceridemia, familial chylomicronemia syndrome, and hypercholesterolemia. • Synthesize and communicate clinical and scientific insights to internal stakeholders. • Attend and present at scientific congresses and meetings to stay up to date with the latest scientific developments and trends in cardiometabolic therapeutic area. • Respond to unsolicited inquiries consistent with MSL compliance standards. • Support company sponsored clinical trials through investigator site engagement. • Support speaker training as requested and ensure speakers are up to date with evolving disease and product data. • Support national, regional, and local scientific congresses including Opinion Leader (OL) engagement, session coverage, booth, and company debriefs. • Monitor and analyze scientific publications, clinical trials, and competitive landscape in the cardiometabolic therapeutic area. • Maintain clinical and scientific expertise and general industry business acumen. • Advance MSL value proposition, demonstrate tact and professionalism, and deliver results. • Act in accordance with company policies • Develop territory specific OL and account plans including OL profiles, pre-call planning, and follow up plans. • Communicate clinical and scientific information in an accurate and clear manner. • Document MSL quantitative and qualitative accomplishments. • Provide scientific support for Med Info inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses to healthcare professionals' queries. • Develop scientific content for medical education initiatives. • Support Medical Affairs as needed with special projects and initiatives. • Sophisticated cross-functional relationship management is critical for success.
