Role Description Accountable for the Quality Assurance results within the Premium Audit department providing technical training, implementing policies & procedures, and guaranteeing adherence to compliance standards. Evaluates complex and technically involved Premium Audit issues and provides advanced technical premium audit support. Assesses and manages the company’s Premium Audit exposure by serving as the Premium Audit business partner between the company, agents, and our customers.
