• Lead and manage end-to-end program execution for pricing-related initiatives within Revenue Operations. • Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Regional leadership, Finance, and IT to gather business requirements, align on objectives, and ensure program success. • Drive requirements gathering sessions for new and enhanced pricing models and systems, translating business needs into actionable project plans. • Oversee the rollout and adoption of pricing programs, including Profit Planner and new technologies, ensuring robust change management and training support. • Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports, providing regular updates to SteerCo, Senior leadership and cross-functional teams. • Identify risks, manage issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of programs. • Monitor program performance using key metrics, analyze outcomes, and drive continuous improvement efforts in pricing operations. • Champion best practices for pricing governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years of experience in public accounting or related field
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
- Proficient use of applicable technology

Qualifications - Salesforce Certified Administrator. - 2+ years in Revenue Operations, sales operations, or a related role supporting revenue growth in a SaaS or tech environment. - Ability to manage several ongoing Salesforce.com customization projects from end-to-end, including gathering requirements, solution design and development, and finally working with stakeholders to roll out the solution to their teams. - Demonstrable experience customizing the platform based on user requirements including custom fields and objects and layouts along with automation capabilities such as workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules. - Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. - Enthusiasm to learn a new, complex domain and the humility to ask for help when needed. - Strong understanding of Excel, BI, SOQL and understanding of DLRS (declarative lookup rollup summaries).
