Revenue Operations Analyst

Role Description We are seeking a strategic and collaborative RevOps Analyst to serve as the critical link between our business teams and operational functions. This role will ensure seamless alignment, data accuracy, and process efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional communication skills, a deep understanding of revenue processes, and experience driving operational improvements in a fast-paced, high growth environment. What you will be doing - Sales & Revenue Operations Processes: - Assist with pipeline management, lead routing, and forecasting. - Help operationalize initiatives defined by Sales and Revenue leadership. - Support onboarding and training of new Salesforce users. - Collaborate with teams to help assess performance and optimize lead management, account management, and activity tracking. - Assist with compensation tracking and reporting. - Build dashboards for sales, marketing, and leadership while analyzing pipeline health and funnel metrics, identifying operational inefficiencies and propose improvements. - Gather feedback from end users on workflows, dashboards and processes to share with senior team members. - Salesforce & Systems: - Manage user accounts, security settings, roles, and permissions. - Own day-to-day Salesforce configuration (fields, flows, reports, dashboards, validation rules). - Implement scoped improvements and automation projects related to business systems including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Zendesk, Zoom etc. - Maintain data integrity and system hygiene. - Implement process automation and optimize flows to streamline repetitive tasks. - Manage and configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types. - Data & System Maintenance: - Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness. - Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with Salesforce support or third-party vendors as needed. - Document workflows, configurations, and best practices for future reference. - End-User Experience: - Think beyond the build — consider usability and adoption. - Ensure changes make workflows easier for sales reps. - Balance technical configuration with practical business outcomes. Qualifications - Salesforce Certified Administrator. - 2+ years in Revenue Operations, sales operations, or a related role supporting revenue growth in a SaaS or tech environment. - Ability to manage several ongoing Salesforce.com customization projects from end-to-end, including gathering requirements, solution design and development, and finally working with stakeholders to roll out the solution to their teams. - Demonstrable experience customizing the platform based on user requirements including custom fields and objects and layouts along with automation capabilities such as workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules. - Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. - Enthusiasm to learn a new, complex domain and the humility to ask for help when needed. - Strong understanding of Excel, BI, SOQL and understanding of DLRS (declarative lookup rollup summaries). It would be great if you also have - Experience working with a fast growing organization. - Health technology experience considered an asset. Job Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • 2+ years in Revenue Operations, sales operations, or a related role supporting revenue growth in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Ability to manage several ongoing Salesforce.com customization projects from end-to-end, including gathering requirements, solution design and development, and finally working with stakeholders to roll out the solution to their teams.
  • Demonstrable experience customizing the platform based on user requirements including custom fields and objects and layouts along with automation capabilities such as workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm to learn a new, complex domain and the humility to ask for help when needed.
