Job Description
Senior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager
ASRC Federal
Role Description ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences LLC is seeking a Senior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager to manage the cost, schedule, and execution of Foreign Military Sales cases delivering Electronic Warfare (EW) and Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) reprogramming capability to partner nations. This is the senior customer-facing role that keeps a portfolio of FMS cases on cost, on schedule, and fully executable — the single point of accountability who turns a signed Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) into delivered capability for the international partner. Working across the U.S. Government security cooperation enterprise and directly with international program offices, the Senior Case Manager owns the full lifecycle of assigned case lines: - Financial management and obligation/expenditure tracking - Milestone and deliverable coordination - Documentation and compliance - Partner-nation relationship management The role demands equal fluency in the mechanics of FMS case execution and in the EW/ASE reprogramming mission it enables — ensuring partner aircraft survivability and mission-data capability is fielded correctly, on time, and within the financial and policy guardrails of the security cooperation system. As a senior individual contributor, the Case Manager operates with significant independence on complex, high-visibility cases, anticipates execution risk before it affects cost or schedule, and represents the program credibly to U.S. and international stakeholders alike. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 8–10 years of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or security cooperation case management experience (an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered) - Demonstrated experience managing FMS case cost, schedule, and execution across the case lifecycle - Experience serving as a customer-facing point of contact for case activities and reviews - Working knowledge of the security cooperation enterprise and FMS processes - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently on complex, high-visibility cases - Active DoD Secret clearance - Must be a U.S. Citizen Requirements - Direct experience working with DSCA, SATMO, and/or in-country SCOs and international program offices - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - Domain experience with Electronic Warfare (EW), Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE), aviation mission systems, or reprogramming efforts - Familiarity with security cooperation systems and policy (e.g., the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) and the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM)) - Experience supporting Army programs at Aberdeen Proving Ground or within the CECOM enterprise Benefits - Competitive pay and benefits packages - Health care, dental, vision, life insurance - 401(k) - Education assistance - Paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law Company Description ASRC Federal is a leading government contractor furthering missions in space, public health, and defense. As an Alaska Native owned corporation, our work helps secure an enduring future for our shareholders. Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work™.
