Job Description

Director, Key Accounts – Environmental Solutions

WM

• Responsible for profitable growth and continuous improvement of WM sales results within the Environmental Solutions sub-segment. • Partners with Area Sales Directors to execute programs for Key Accounts within the Industrial and Environmental Solutions sub-segment. • Functions as the lead for implementation of Industrial and Environmental segment initiatives on an enterprise-wide basis. • Promotes communication and coordination within the Area’s sales organization by compiling and analyzing key Account sales data. • Provides guidance and identifies additional opportunities to accelerate growth and guide the Field-based and Inside Sales team. • Engages in budget and planning process regarding Sales target setting for WM’s sales to key account businesses. • Analyzes data and trends to identify growth and price related performance opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Marketing, Finance, Business or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree,
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
  • 10+ years of previous experience (in addition to education requirement)

Role Description Under the direction of the Vice President of Revenue Cycle, the Director of Revenue Integrity oversees the Revenue Integrity Department.
