• Responsible for fundraising in general, from community fundraising, grants/trusts and developing other key income streams: major donors, regular giving and corporate. • Hold a strategic overview of NAW Association’s fundraising needs and be a key player in the communications and marketing. • Increase the provision of funding streams to enable NAW Association to carry out its objectives and increase opportunities for developing new and existing projects. • Research, Inspire and contact new supporters/donors, while maintaining and developing relationships with existing ones. • Develop and update a strategic plan to guide fundraising activities. • Manage, support, and develop innovative fundraising activities. • Contribute to bid writing for grant/trust applications. • Prepare and Deliver presentations to interested groups. • Develop and broaden corporate support. • Develop and coordinate web-based fundraising, including and not limited to social media campaigns. • Maintain and update the fundraising and communications budgets. • Prepare fundraising report. • Maintain the fundraising records, database, and documents. Ensure all legal reporting requirements are in accordance with the Lebanese Laws in coordination with the legal department.

• Generate and connect with leads and enroll students in our holistic wellness certification programs (we will provide some leads, but you will need the skill of finding your own as well) • Close at least 10 enrollments per month (after a 30-day ramp-up period) • Respond to student inquiries within 1-2 business days and conduct application interviews • Manage and track leads using OnePage CRM • Follow up with past students for re-enrollments, upsells, and referrals • Support new students by coordinating communication between their dedicated mentor and tech support team • Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week to meet enrollment and student success goals

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets. • Research and recommend cruise lines, destinations, excursions, and packages. • Build and present customized cruise itineraries that fit client needs. • Manage bookings, payments, and documentation for cruise travel. • Stay updated on cruise line promotions, ship details, and travel trends. • Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after each trip.

• Accurately and efficiently handle incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. smart phone, email, etc.) • Be the primary point of contact for the client and handle all booking needs for travelers, both business and leisure • Provide exceptional customer service to exceed clients' expectations • Sell package options, tours, event tickets and more • Prepare, plan and execute travel sales (including but not limited to airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, and ticket/events) • Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors • Work well in a group/team setting • Stay up to date on the travel industry and policies • Collect and enter data into our software and maintain client files • Complete required certification within a timely manner • Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners
