**What will you be doing?** - Manage your own and your team's time while adhering to priorities set by the company - Own complex engineering problems end-to-end, from problem framing and design through to delivery and iteration - Take responsibility for critical areas of the platform, ensuring they remain reliable, performant, and maintainable - Build new features and improve existing ones across our platforms. - Refactor legacy and modern codebases pragmatically, balancing long-term health with delivery needs - Write tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure software reliability. - Be involved in every phase of the software lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. - Participate in (and at times lead) deep technical discussions, helping drive sound decisions and trade-offs - Work hands-on across backend and frontend systems, stepping in wherever the problem lives - Identify inefficiencies and help streamline workflows, reducing unnecessary work. - Collaborate closely with other senior engineers, raising the bar through example rather than authority - Take ownership of your work, ensuring high-quality results and maintainable solutions.

• Leading the design of steam turbine components like, HP, IP and LP sections, bearings, flanges, valves and blading. • Leading the design & Detailing of various steam turbine components like casings, bearing pedestals and bearings, rotors, blades, diaphragms, couplings etc- . • Lead the design and preparation of manufacturing drawings for Other OEM components based on reverse engineering. • Prepare relevant design and quality documentation and layouts using CATIA in accordance with appropriate standards and design rules. • Define material specifications for various steam turbine component. • Carry out necessary calculations and analysis related to these components (using company software, spreadsheets or hand calculations) • Collect, analyze and provide resolution on technical data from vendor, site or customer. • Meet deadlines for documentation (maintain On Time Delivery), quality and budgets. • Support technical tendering with mechanical design inputs • Provide Engineering support to sourcing department to source and execute various steam turbine components. • Solve Non-Conformance Reports arising during manufacturing and erection at shop/site. • Supporting tendering Process with Technical Tendering Layout and Retrofit Solution. • Collaborate with global & cross-functional team of internal Steam Turbine Engineers and external stakeholders (Drafting/Global Supply Chain) enabling & fostering mutual technical growth and delivering for our customers • Solve Non-Conformance Reports arising during manufacturing and erection at shop/site. • Supporting tendering Process with Technical Tendering Layout and Retrofit Solution. • Collaborate with global & cross-functional team of internal Steam Turbine Engineers and external stakeholders (Drafting/Global Supply Chain) enabling & fostering mutual technical growth and delivering for our customers

• Designing highly complex modules or applications • Driving design and development efforts related to architecture, scalability, availability, and performance • Providing technical leadership and defining software development in an agile environment • Guiding developers with planning and execution/design architecture • Working with Product Line Leaders to understand product requirements & vision • Capturing system level requirements by collaborating with various stakeholders • Leading impact assessment and decisions related to technology choices • Act as subject matter expert in processes and methodologies • Demonstrating expertise in navigating through ambiguity and prioritizing asks

• Drive technical project activities and ensure successful project execution from design to commissioning • Be the main technical interface between the customer and our project execution team • Lead customer technical meetings including kickoff, specification clarifications and design reviews • Participate in project risk and opportunity reviews, manage project budgets in term of man-days allocated to the engineering tasks, and provide regular progress updates • Collaborate with the Project Manager for project planning, risk mitigation and change requests • Analyse customer specifications, write project technical documentation, and validate technical solutions with customers, and ensure adherence to project document control • Specify software and IEDs, manage technical execution planning, and ensure adherence to GE Vernova safety standards • Address technical deviations, manage fault reports, and support site engineers remotely or on-site • Lead Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Acceptance Tests, and coordinate with commissioning teams for major site milestones • Provide project-specific training to customers, support tendering and commercial teams, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional project execution
