Role Description The Team Lead, Data Visualization supports delivery of one of our most impactful solutions, which allows our clients to access insights faster, improves decision-making, and drives significant value. In this role, you will: - Lead the processing of data into our cloud-based analysis tools. - Support clients as they use our tools to generate their analysis and build reports. - Help raise the bar on scalability, consistency, and operational efficiency across projects. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in quantitative market research surveys, focusing on data processing, analysis, and visualization. - Proficiency in understanding and manipulating raw survey data. - Ability to translate client research questions into clear data tables, charts, and dashboards. - Demonstrated ability to manage project workstreams and meet client objectives in time-sensitive environments. - Strong autonomy and ownership mindset; able to lead larger, more complex projects with increased decision-making responsibility. - Excellent teamwork skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, comfortable in various settings. - Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability. - Proactive in learning and applying new ideas and techniques. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. - Experience with Forsta Visualization (Dapresy) and other survey data analysis tools like SPSS, Q/DisplayR, Crunch.IO. - Familiarity with survey programming platforms such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Ask Suzy. - Some knowledge of generative AI technologies, such as ChatGPT.
