Solutions Engineer
Private Label Staff
• Support sales teams by designing and architecting tailored IT solutions • Build and maintain technical relationships with OEM partners • Develop and manage lab and demonstration environments • Deliver customer presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements • Assist with RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, solution documentation, and architectural diagrams • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Project Management teams on solution delivery • Provide technical expertise during customer engagements and deployments • Identify opportunities to expand services and add customer value • Maintain relevant certifications aligned with strategic technologies • Contribute to marketing efforts such as blogs, white papers, and technical content.
Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, or supporting IT solutions (networking, cybersecurity, cloud, data center, storage, etc.)
- 3+ years of Federal experience
- Experience working with multiple enterprise technology vendors
- Strong understanding of modern IT architectures (on-prem, virtualized, and cloud-based)
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts across diverse audiences
- Preferred Professional or architect-level certifications
- Recent federal clearance or EOD
- Experience working within a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) environment.
