Property Management Maintenance Coordinator

• Receive and evaluate maintenance requests from property managers and tenants, prioritizing them based on urgency and importance. • Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks with vendors and contractors, ensuring they have clear instructions and timelines. • Monitor ongoing maintenance projects to ensure compliance with company standards and completion within scope and budget. • Maintain databases of qualified vendors and track their performance in terms of quality and timeliness. • Conduct virtual inspections and follow up with vendors to monitor the quality of work completed. • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance requests, work orders, and vendor contracts, preparing reports as necessary. • Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with tenants and property managers regarding maintenance activities and updates. • Assist in developing and implementing property maintenance procedures to improve efficiency and quality. • Coordinate with the accounting team for budget oversight and cost management related to property maintenance.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or maintenance coordination.
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for occasional site visits.
