Role Description SAIC is seeking an experienced System Administrator in support of a managed services engagement for a major Public Sector account. The successful candidate will join a team of Administrators responsible for: - Managing our client’s Windows, Linux, Azure, and M365 services and systems. - Installing and managing IaaS services, PaaS services, M365 services, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare. - Performance tuning, storage management, backup and recovery, security, and operational and application support. - Participating in rotation 7x24 on-call support duties. The incumbent should have extensive experience with Windows and Linux Administrative tooling, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in all aspects listed above. • Responsible for the secure, compliant, and accurate administration of user access within the eQMS Quality Management System (QMS) • Ensures that user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and roles are created, maintained, reviewed, and removed in accordance with approved procedures, regulatory requirements, and data integrity principles • Supports audit readiness and ensures ongoing compliance in regulated (GxP) environments • Assist with the migration from existing external sharing of documents to the eQMS Binders • Provide user support and subject matter expert consultation for the use of the system and support audit and inspection activities

Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Yardi Systems Administrator to serve as the sole internal owner, technical expert, and platform strategist for our Yardi ecosystem. Our firm primarily invests in commercial retail real estate, meaning our operations require a deep understanding of complex retail leasing structures, intricate CAM reconciliations, and variable sales tracking. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our technology stack and our business operations. You will be responsible for: - System configuration - User permissions - Database health - Custom reporting - Onboarding new retail assets The ideal candidate doesn't just know how to configure Yardi—they understand the underlying financial and operational mechanics of commercial retail real estate. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) - Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on administration experience specifically within Yardi Voyager Commercial/Retail - Solid understanding of commercial real estate accounting principles, commercial lease logic, and retail recovery mechanics (CAM, recurring charges, overage rent) - Proficiency with Yardi database structures, database mapping, and writing custom reports (YSR, Yardi Script, or basic SQL query writing) Requirements - Experience with Yardi Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting (ABF) - Experience implementing or managing CommercialCafe or tenant portals - Prior experience working at a commercial real estate investment, asset management, or development firm - Strong analytical troubleshooting skills—someone who loves solving complex data puzzles - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear business insights for non-technical team members - Self-motivated and comfortable acting as the sole, go-to Yardi expert in the organization Benefits - Fully remote work - Fluent in English - Will work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (EST)
