Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Yardi Systems Administrator to serve as the sole internal owner, technical expert, and platform strategist for our Yardi ecosystem. Our firm primarily invests in commercial retail real estate, meaning our operations require a deep understanding of complex retail leasing structures, intricate CAM reconciliations, and variable sales tracking. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our technology stack and our business operations. You will be responsible for: - System configuration - User permissions - Database health - Custom reporting - Onboarding new retail assets The ideal candidate doesn't just know how to configure Yardi—they understand the underlying financial and operational mechanics of commercial retail real estate. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) - Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on administration experience specifically within Yardi Voyager Commercial/Retail - Solid understanding of commercial real estate accounting principles, commercial lease logic, and retail recovery mechanics (CAM, recurring charges, overage rent) - Proficiency with Yardi database structures, database mapping, and writing custom reports (YSR, Yardi Script, or basic SQL query writing) Requirements - Experience with Yardi Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting (ABF) - Experience implementing or managing CommercialCafe or tenant portals - Prior experience working at a commercial real estate investment, asset management, or development firm - Strong analytical troubleshooting skills—someone who loves solving complex data puzzles - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear business insights for non-technical team members - Self-motivated and comfortable acting as the sole, go-to Yardi expert in the organization Benefits - Fully remote work - Fluent in English - Will work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (EST)

• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of cloud-based infrastructure • Maintain and evolve Linux-based environments ensuring resilience and security • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve system observability • Strengthen containerized infrastructure and optimize CI/CD processes • Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams for infrastructure support • Champion infrastructure best practices including system hardening and disaster recovery • Provide Tier 2/3 operational support for infrastructure incidents • Design, implement, and maintain Mobile Device Management system

• Administers, supports, and maintains enterprise applications to ensure availability, performance, and reliability. • Collaborates with project managers, server teams, and enterprise monitoring teams to implement and deploy enterprise applications supporting business operations. • Troubleshoots technical issues across enterprise application environments and coordinates resolution with internal teams and vendors. • Supports application environments running on Windows, Linux, web, and mobile platforms. • Assists with system integration, upgrades, patching, backup processes, and operational support for enterprise applications and related infrastructure. • Uses scripting and database knowledge to support automation, reporting, troubleshooting, and system maintenance activities. • Works effectively with customers, coworkers, vendors, and supervisors to communicate issues, explain system functionality, and support business needs. • Manages multiple priorities and projects while adapting to changing business requirements, product demands, and timelines. • Participates in team on-call rotation and provides operational support as needed.
