• Support the Account Management team in administering employee stock option, stock purchase, and restricted stock programs • Manage approximately six or more unique clients simultaneously • Work independently under moderate supervision • Follow and adhere to all internal procedures, including data security and privacy practices • Work across multiple online platforms as part of daily operations • Follow any other instructions and perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2-4 years’ experience in a corporate work environment
- Excellent writing skills, including grammar, spelling, and presentation (samples of work requested)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively and efficiently
- Flexibility to work in US hours and adapt to changing requirements depending on client activity
- Proficient with Google email, spreadsheets, etc. E-mail organizational skills are strongly encouraged
- __**Advantageous or Nice to haves:**__
- 1+ years data experience and 1+ years SAAS experience
- Prior stock-plan/equity experience
- Experience supporting international/US-based teams
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is an advantage
- Highly proficient in using laptops, software applications, and internet-based tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Able to adapt to system upgrades and enhancements
