Wave Test Lead
Trilogy Federal
• Collaborate with the government client in planning and executing testing of the new financial system and coordinate with other vendors on testing to adjudicate, resolve, and close issues. • Review existing test plans and develop updated test plans for the implementation releases. • Supervise a team of 5-10 system testers for the following system components: application functionality, system configuration, system interfaces, reports, and data conversion. • Oversee development of test scenarios and test scripts for each financial system component in that wave, including the use of automated testing tools. • Maintain and prioritize a testing defect log that will be shared with the government client and other vendors to track testing progress. • Provide technical, managerial, or administrative direction for functional domains related to ERP systems and projects.
Job Requirements
- A Masters degree and 10 years of experience (or a Bachelors degree and 15 years of experience) supporting Momentum or other Financial Management software implementation activities at a large federal agency
- Experience with leading testing activities for a financial or acquisition system at a large government agency
- Experience leading a team of at least 5 people in testing or other system implementation activities
- At least 5 years of Momentum experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Occasional travel to Washington, DC or Austin, TX may be required.

• Manages the BIM/VDC workflow for all projects • Establish means and methods for detailing, kitting, fabrication, and installation • Provides support to both the Foreman and Operations throughout each project • Works closely with Modelers, BIM Technicians and Detailers to generate drawings and documents for fabrication and field installation • Maintains clear communication between VC, Manufacturing, Operations and the field teams • Supervises a team and ensures deliverables are met on time and within budget • Identifies manufacturing opportunities for each project • Works with VDC Manager to track VC budget and deliverable due dates • Keeps VDC Manager informed of any changes to original VDC scope • Creates project folders for VC deliverables • Provides support to field personnel before and during the construction process • Assists VDC Manager with developing measurable employee goals
