• Facilitate two live sessions weekly every week for 15 weeks (13 weeks of didactic content, plus 2 weeks of exam review). Sessions will be 1 hour each. • Prepare independently for live sessions (up to 4 additional hours per week). • Develop and modify lecture decks as needed. • On Weeks 1-13, your live sessions will review key concepts covered in the curriculum, and create space for student Q & A. You may also be asked to support with course announcements and other course housekeeping at the beginning/end of sessions. • Gamify learning by introducing tools like Kahoot into live sessions. • On the 2 exam study weeks, additional office hours may be requested. • Respond to student messages through our Course Advisors (by email) that require medical assisting expertise, within a given SLA. • Monitor Canvas discussion boards for weekly student responses and questions. • Assignment grading per week may also be required. • Armed with an understanding of best practices and various approaches to delivering CCMA-aligned education online, apply your subject matter expertise in: • Critical clinical skill development, to train certified clinical MAs • Medical Terminology and Anatomy & Physiology • Healthcare Administration • Clinical Communication best practices • Appropriate depth of content for entry-level MA training • MA scope of practice • How to recreate skill-based training outside of a lab or clinical environment, while students learn at home. • An understanding of need-to-know versus nice-to-know didactic knowledge and task knowledge for CCMAs in training. • You may be called upon to: • Work with Springboard's Learning Experience team and Instructional Designers to adjust session content as needed. • Other needs as they arise

• Develop and manage AACE Class 1–5 cost estimates for oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, and industrial facility projects. • Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and detailed estimates covering: • Labor • Materials • Equipment • Construction • Subcontractor services • Analyze project scope, engineering deliverables, and FEED packages to forecast project costs accurately. • Support capital projects involving: • Upstream facilities • Midstream infrastructure • Downstream/refinery operations • Process manufacturing facilities • Perform quantitative risk assessments utilizing Monte Carlo simulations and other forecasting methodologies. • Evaluate impacts related to: • Supply chain disruptions • Regulatory changes • Labor market conditions • Geopolitical factors • Lead value engineering reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining safety, reliability, and project objectives. • Prepare bid packages and estimate support documentation. • Review and evaluate contractor and vendor proposals. • Support procurement strategies and contracting decisions. • Ensure compliance with client requirements, ethical sourcing standards, and industry regulations. • Partner with engineering, construction, procurement, and project management teams throughout project execution. • Support project planning, forecasting, budgeting, and change management activities. • Provide leadership with clear cost reporting, variance analysis, forecasts, and recommendations. • Mentor junior estimators and project controls professionals. • Promote estimating best practices, consistency, and continuous improvement. • Support implementation of digital estimating tools and data-driven estimating methodologies.

• Design and test trading signals using market microstructure, flow dynamics, and token-level data. • Conduct research across CEX and DeFi markets, focusing on tradable patterns, inefficiencies, and cross-venue dynamics. • Build and refine agent-based tools to support research automation, signal analysis, and strategy prototyping. • Incorporate funding, open interest, volume profiles, and other market structure data into predictive models. • Develop portfolio allocation models and risk frameworks to support capital deployment and strategy sizing across crypto assets. • Collaborate with developers to transition research outputs into production systems. • Stay ahead of cutting-edge developments in the latest research across on-chain analytics, blockchain data science, DeFi innovations, and agent-based trading.

• Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, academic institutions, community centers, and HCPs in relevant areas of focus. • Engage in meaningful peer-to-peer exchanges with the appropriate therapeutic area community (e.g., hematologists, dermatologists, hepatologists, rare disease community). • Serve as a scientific expert and resource, providing accurate support to internal and external stakeholders and timely information about Disc’ clinical data, ongoing research and programs. • Provide internal stakeholders with feedback and actionable insights from interactions and discussions with KOLs and HCPs. • Assist with company-sponsored trials, investigator-initiated trials (IITs) or research collaborations. • Deliver scientific presentations and trainings to internal and external stakeholders. • Assist with organizing regional advisory boards as applicable, and presenting at advisory board meetings within your territory. • Build a trustful and collaborative working relationship with cross-functional colleagues. • Focus on delivering results and demonstrate ownership in key medical projects. • Adhere to all relevant compliance and regulatory guidelines, ensuring all activities are conducted ethically and within legal boundaries.
