Role Description The SI Partner Alliance Director plays a critical role in building and expanding strategic alliances that drive business growth through key System Integrator (SI) partnerships. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships that contribute to revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Client Partners, Delivery Assurance, and other internal teams, the SI Partner Alliance Director develops and executes joint go-to-market strategies and partnership initiatives that accelerate business growth. What You’ll Get to Do - Strategic Partner Management & Growth - Act as the General Manager for SI partnerships, driving overall strategy, execution, and partnership success. - Develop and execute partner alliance strategies aligned with business and sales objectives. - Build and maintain executive-level relationships with SI partners to support mutual business growth. - Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to measure performance and ensure alignment with revenue and growth goals. - Ensure SI partners have the training, tools, and resources necessary to effectively position and implement Dayforce solutions. - Go-to-Market & Sales Execution - Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with SI partners to drive pipeline creation and revenue growth. - Partner with direct sales teams to support opportunity development and align SI partners to strategic customer opportunities. - Drive co-marketing and demand generation initiatives including campaigns, events, webinars, and industry programs. - Ensure partners understand and effectively communicate the Dayforce value proposition. - Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Partners, and Delivery Assurance teams to ensure successful execution of partner initiatives. - Customer Success & Delivery Excellence - Partner with Services and Delivery Assurance teams to ensure SI partners deliver high-quality implementations and customer outcomes. - Guide partners through onboarding, enablement, and continuous development programs. - Identify and proactively resolve potential conflicts between SI partners and internal teams. - Lead escalations when required and facilitate effective collaboration between customers and partners. - Market Intelligence & Performance Management - Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and partner ecosystem developments. - Analyze partner performance and provide reporting on pipeline growth, revenue contribution, and overall partnership effectiveness. - Continuously refine partnership strategies based on market intelligence, business results, and partner feedback. Qualifications - 15+ years of experience in alliances, partner management, or business development with a focus on strategic SI partnerships. - Proven track record of driving revenue growth through SI partnerships. - Experience working with leading consulting and SI organizations such as EY, PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, or similar firms. - Experience with HCM, Workforce Management, Payroll, or related enterprise software solutions. - Strong experience developing and executing partner go-to-market strategies. - Ability to build trusted executive-level relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive data-informed decisions. - Executive-level communication, presentation, and influencing skills. - Demonstrated success managing alliances with System Integrators, Consulting Partners, and other strategic partners. - High-energy mindset with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and achieving business outcomes. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
