• You will develop a multi-sensor perception and fusion system for a drone early-warning system with a learning-based map architecture. • You will develop computer vision models (dataset preparation, auto-labeling, training optimization, edge/cloud deployment) and integrate visual and acoustic sensor data into the system. • You will perform kernel customization on devices such as Raspberry Pi for IoT performance and prototype with Large Language Models (LLMs). • You will combine GPU-accelerated vision models (CUDA, TensorRT, DeepStream) with scalable backend services. • You will integrate advanced machine learning technologies and ML algorithms into individual devices to significantly improve localization performance and accuracy. • You will monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and continuously improve observability. • If desired, you may support on-site deployments, collect sensor data, and validate the technology in controlled field trials.

• Serve as the primary SME and hands-on administrator for JiraCloud Software, JiraCloud Service Management (JSM), and associated Atlassian tooling; own configuration standards, governance, and technical debt reduction across the environment. • Architect and implement scalable Jira configurations including custom workflows, issue type hierarchies, permission schemes, notification schemes, screens, and field configurations aligned with Atlassian best practices. • Lead and execute Jira migrations - including Data Center to Cloud - coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless cutover experiences. • Design and configure Jira Service Management projects including SLAs, custom queues, JSM Forms, approval workflows, and security schemes to support internal service delivery teams. • Build and maintain advanced analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions using native tooling for Jira Cloud as a first line of options; Airbnb has elected to avoid Atlassian Marketplace products for information security, privacy & legal prerogatives; Airbnb is building custom Forge applications that will require your ongoing maintenance and partnership with supporting systems engineering teams. • Configure and administer Atlassian access management, user lifecycle management, license tier optimization, and security posture improvements. • Evaluate if Atlassian Marketplace plugins architecture evolves to a point where Airbnb could consider adopting plugins where business needs dictate, and where security, legal, and privacy requirements are satisfied. • Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders by leading requirements-gathering sessions, translating business needs into technical designs, and proactively identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement. • Configure and expand Atlassian Rovo AI agents and automation rules; evaluate emerging AI/ML capabilities within the Atlassian ecosystem and champion responsible, contextually appropriate AI adoption aligned with Airbnb's mission. • Write and maintain custom automation rules using Jira's native Automation engine and JavaScript; leverage Jira REST API for integrations, data imports, and custom reporting. • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for platform changes and migrations; develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and defect tracking documentation. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, standups) as needed; operate as Scrum Master or Product Owner for platform-focused workstreams. • Document system configurations, runbooks, and knowledge base articles to support operational continuity and enable self-service across the organization. • Participate in on-call rotation and provide escalation support for critical Atlassian platform issues.
