• Conduct proactive acquisition and consultative support via telephone and WhatsApp, identifying needs and leading negotiations to closure. • Manage the entire sales cycle, including post-sale follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty and new opportunities. • Oversee and maintain a portfolio of clients, acting with empathy and a consultative approach to prevent churn and keep the base active. • Prospect for new opportunities, analyzing the market and trends. • Record all interactions and transactions in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and contributing to commercial targets.
Job Requirements
- Higher education completed or in progress;
- Experience serving corporate (B2B) clients, preferably in retention and sales roles;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Experience with dialer tools;
- Excellent verbal communication skills;
- Flexibility and empathy in customer service;
- Negotiation skills.
