• Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and social media. • Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand their needs. • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team. • Follow up with leads to ensure appointments are scheduled and confirmed. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system. • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize outreach efforts. • Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach effectiveness.
