• Make high volume outbound calls daily throughout a full eight hour shift • Verify and confirm contact information for approximately 200 companies per week • Update and maintain accurate records inside internal systems and CRM platforms • Follow structured scripts and verification workflows • Ensure all contact data is validated before cases move to the Engagement team • Maintain speed accuracy and consistency in repetitive task execution
