• Own the evolution of ROAR’s technical architecture with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability with particular emphasis on system reliability and observability • Translate requirements into production-ready solutions and contribute code when needed • Drive best practices in code quality, testing, security, and DevOps; ensure system robustness in safety-critical environments • Mentor and guide engineers, provide constructive feedback, and help shape a high-performing culture while growing into broader leadership responsibilities as the company scales • Work closely with our Director of Product, VP of Hardware, and Operations teams to align engineering with business and user needs • Identify bottlenecks in delivery and implement processes that enable rapid, high-quality releases that directly impact revenue growth • Lead initiatives around compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2), vendor management, monitoring, and fault tolerance to meet enterprise customer requirements • Explore new technologies, improve existing processes, and advocate for technical excellence across the stack

**Role Summary** We are seeking a **Full Stack Developer** who will take ownership of core product modulesdesigning, building, deploying, and improving them continuously. You will work across **PHP/MySQL** on the backend and **React/HTML/CSS/JS **on the frontend, collaborating directly with product and design to deliver high-impact features with speed and precision. This is not a task-based role. Ownership, clarity and execution speed are central. **Key Responsibilities** - Own end-to-end development of product features, from requirements to deployment - Build scalable backend logic using **PHP** and **MySQL**, designing clean and modular data models - Develop responsive, accessible UIs using **React.js, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript** - Integrate and maintain third-party APIs and payment gateways - Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert Figma designs into production-ready front-end - Review and refactor code for performance, reliability, and maintainability - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across features - Write clear documentation for features, technical specs, and workflows - Track and resolve bugs with urgency, owning outcomesnot just code - Contribute to architectural decisions and platform scalability discussions - Maintain code quality and version control practices using Git/GitHub

• Support the team in building and shipping features end-to-end (frontend + backend). • Help design and implement UI components for AI-driven experiences: simulations, data visualizations, and real-time interfaces. • Assist in building and maintaining backend services and APIs, including auth flows, session management, and AI workflow orchestration. • Learn to integrate LLM pipelines into production using patterns like queues, caching, and observability. • Contribute to data flows: schema design, event tracking, and analytics pipelines. • Prototype new AI-driven features in tight feedback loops with product and design.

• Partner with product managers, designers, and analysts to deeply understand the needs of our users and build a product that serves those needs • Take full ownership of engineering projects from design to implementation to deployment and maintenance • Design and build software used by thousands of customers • Write modular, secure, and well-tested code • Ensure that our development environment is best in class by delivering improvements to internal tooling and processes • Work closely with customer support to respond quickly to issues for our users and solve those in a permanent and scalable way • Improve the team and company – you will be an active participant in our culture
