• Analyse procurement and spend datasets from multiple internal and external sources to provide meaningful business insights, improve spend visibility, and support strategic procurement decision-making. • Perform data cleansing, transformation, enrichment, reconciliation, and validation activities to ensure procurement reporting data is accurate, reliable, and fit for business use. • Develop spend analysis reporting across suppliers, entities, categories, GL accounts, and other procurement dimensions to support sourcing, category management, and operational procurement activities. • Investigate data quality issues, identify reporting gaps, and recommend improvements to procurement data coverage, classification methodologies, and reporting processes. • Design, build, and maintain analytical workbooks, reports, and dashboards using Power BI, Power Query, and Excel to deliver actionable procurement insights to stakeholders. • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Data teams to gather reporting requirements, validate outputs, and identify opportunities for further analysis and reporting enhancements. • Assess, onboard, and integrate additional data sources including Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Oracle, procurement platforms, and finance systems to improve reporting capabilities and data availability. • Drive continuous improvement and reporting automation initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline manual processes and leveraging tools such as Power Automate to improve procurement reporting efficiency and analytics capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field — mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement Analytics, Spend Analytics, Data Analytics or a similar role — mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development — mandatory
- Experience with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools — mandatory
- Advanced Excel skills with strong hands-on Power Query experience — mandatory
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written) - mandatory
- SQL knowledge and experience querying datasets is a plus
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment and adapting to changing priorities.

• Deliver live online classes with clear pedagogy, organization, and a focus on the student experience; • Appropriately use institutional teaching materials and encourage students to consult the course's bibliographic references, promoting critical and reflective learning; • Plan and conduct academic activities aligned with the course syllabus and learning objectives; • Provide pedagogical mediation and encourage student participation and engagement during classes; • Meet deadlines established in the academic calendar and respond to requests from the course coordination; • Record attendance, topics covered, assessments, and other academic information in the institutional system (SIA) within the defined deadlines; • Participate in pedagogical meetings, trainings, and institutional activities as required; • Uphold academic quality, professional ethics, and maintain positive relationships with students, coordinators, and institutional staff; • Use the institution's digital tools efficiently, especially Microsoft Teams and academic systems.
