• Address client queries and resolve client feedback • Provide guidance and information as per client requirements • Handling client queries via phone & emails (incoming & outgoing) • Identify potential clients and convert them to increase sales • Provide advice on positioning, marketing, and development of our services from the perspective of Japanese cultural acceptance • Play an active role in not only meeting but also exceeding client satisfaction

• Coordinate and track international shipments via sea and air freight • Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills) • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues • Maintain accurate logistics records and update internal systems • Assist in cost tracking and logistics reporting • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies • Analyze data and contracts to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses. • Monitor supply chain operations to identify potential delays, proactively developing solutions to mitigate risks and maintain timely delivery schedules. • Continuously evaluate logistics processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align logistics activities with overall business objectives.

• Provide administrative support to the organization, including scheduling appointments, managing emails and organizing files • Assist with various research projects and data collection/analysis • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and use discretion when dealing with confidential matters • Maintain organized and updated databases, spreadsheets and tracking systems • Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects in a timely manner • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

• Assist with navigation tasks, including chart plotting and monitoring of weather conditions • Support cargo operations, including loading, unloading, and securing of cargo • Conduct routine maintenance tasks on deck equipment and machinery • Participate in safety drills and emergency response training • Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
