Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program
- Pennsylvania License in Speech Language Pathology
- Required clearances as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Education
- 2+ years of experience in a school setting

• Define the HTS API marketplace: structure, package, and price the capabilities of a portfolio including HTS Connect, search polygons, autocomplete, ranking, content and property mapping, room mapping, deduplication/bidding, pricing, the extranet, taxes, and the custom deals engine. • Coordinate with capability PMs: understand roadmaps, constraints, and customization possibilities of the underlying technical systems, and translate them into externally consumable API products. • Manage the business model: decide between platform fees and variable fees, define the commission structure (take rate) per capability, enterprise packaging, and the framework for custom agreements with large partners. • Build the developer and partner experience from scratch: API specifications, partner integration flows, documentation standards, sandbox environments, and integration tools that minimize time-to-value. • Use AI and rapid prototyping: test ideas quickly (API response simulations, partner portal prototypes) before committing engineering resources. • Establish the go-to-market (GTM) strategy: identify the right partners, sequence launches, and define commercial success criteria. • Manage the marketplace P&L: model and track gross booking volume (GBV), commission rate, and unit economics per capability in partnership with the finance team. • Prioritize development milestones: from work in progress (HTS Connect, Taxes) to products in scoping (Mapping, Bidding) to future capabilities (Search Polygons, Ranking, Extranet).
• Lead end-to-end strategy for pricing intelligence and supplier performance. • Design pricing systems using predictive modeling, elasticity signals, and real-time anomaly detection. • Transform transactional data into automated performance signals and pricing diagnostics. • Establish and maintain the single source of truth for revenue, margins, commission rates, transactions, and cancellations. • Design model evaluation, monitoring, and feedback frameworks, including drift detection. • Implement large-scale proactive systems to detect financial inconsistencies. • Collaborate with engineering, data science, finance, and commercial teams to deliver production-grade infrastructure integrated with models.
• Provide actionable insights to inform business decisions based on financial analytics and data. • Drive the strategy, governance, and execution of the data warehouse for the general ledger. • Build and lead a center of excellence for cloud and performance reporting, including infrastructure management and KPIs for the finance team and business units. • Define, drive, implement, and measure the success of the financial AI automation roadmap, in partnership with FP&A, accounting, and data teams. • Establish data pipelines and the foundational components for AI models. • Understand and optimize our GCP infrastructure costs, in partnership with engineering and FinOps. • Position the finance organization as the single source of truth for financial and commercial performance, and create self-service analytics tools for key stakeholders. • Manage a team of 4 engineers and 1 Finance & Strategy Manager. • Implement internal controls and support external audits related to data governance.
