Role Description As a Sr. Application Dev and Support engineer, you will be responsible for design, development and deployment of solutions that support HCP business and enable business to serve our clients efficiently. - Design and develop highly scalable web-based applications based on business needs. - Design and customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. - Ability to use and explain all aspects of application integration in .NET and data integration with SQL Server and associated technologies and standards. - Good knowledge in building and operating SAAS platforms using Microsoft technology stack with modern services-based architecture. - Implement build process and continuous build integration with Unit Testing framework. - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business needs from both technical and business perspectives. - Assist and mentor junior team members to enforce development guidelines. - SQL server performance tuning (SQL Server 2016/2019/2025) and troubleshooting. Qualifications - Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science / computer engineering or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in building enterprise scale windows and web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. - 5+ years of experience in ASP.NET MVC and Microsoft Web API. - 4+ years of experience working with .NET Core framework and Entity core. - 2+ years of experience with JavaScript based UI framework such as Angular 20.0+ or React. - Knowledge of Hybrid cloud configurations, patterns, and practices. Experience leading enterprise migrations. - Experience with Agile application development. Requirements - Experience in CI/CD Pipeline using Azure DevOps. - Agile process experience. - Experience with Microsoft BI stack: SQL Server, SQL Azure, SSIS and SSRS. - Certifications in Azure or AWS. - Experience on Docker Containers with Kubernetes.
