• Develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns to generate MQLs (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) for defined target groups within the financial services industry • Continuously analyze KPIs and customer journeys and derive data-driven optimization and testing measures • Contribute to the technical implementation of inbound-optimized websites and landing pages and develop campaign concepts aligned with brand positioning • Own budget planning, negotiation and controlling as well as regular reporting on campaign performance with clear recommendations for action • Coordinate internal stakeholders (Sales, Executive Management, Product Marketing/Brand, Design) and be responsible for selecting, briefing and operationally managing the external performance marketing agency • Proactively engage with AI tools and current performance marketing trends; test and implement new technologies to optimize campaign setups, targeting, creatives, automation and reporting • Handover MQLs with relevant contextual information for optimal sales outreach
Job Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment, plus familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial sector (e.g., GDPR, compliance topics)
- Proven success in lead generation via paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
- Experience managing external vendors/agencies with clear expectations regarding output and quality
- Analytical mindset and data-driven working style
- Strong communication skills, creativity and ability to present ideas clearly
- Enthusiasm for using modern AI tools and ideally experience integrating such applications effectively into processes
