• Develop Media Strategies: Collaborate with senior team members to create and implement media strategies aligned with clients' business goals. • Complex Project Management: Take on more intricate projects and manage high-profile client accounts. • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and advertising best practices to enhance strategy development. • Media Planning & Execution: Build a strong understanding of media planning and campaign management, and independently manage campaign budgets. • Data Analysis & Research: Analyze campaign performance data and conduct research to provide data-driven recommendations. • Campaign & Team Collaboration: Oversee campaign execution and collaborate across teams to ensure performance goals and client expectations are met.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ year managing performance search media, preferably Amazon Sponsored Ads
  • Comprehensive data analysis and problem-solving skills; able to draw conclusions and with guidance, able to devise strategic recommendations based on findings
  • Ability to work independently while effectively multitasking across multiple priorities and handling a wide variety of tasks
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and a desire to learn and grow in one of the most in-demand areas of the marketing industry (eCommerce)
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, highly organized, and able to keep up to date with all the news and innovations within the sector
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, chart building) and general Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Eligibility to work on a graveyard shift.
