Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field. - At least 8 years of analytics or data science experience, with at least 3 years of direct people management experience, including leading managers or senior analysts, developing high-performing teams, and building a strong culture of accountability and growth. - Expert-level proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, R, SAS, or Matlab, with the ability to set technical direction, oversee complex analytical architecture, and scale enterprise data processes. - Advanced expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimentation frameworks, with experience guiding the development, validation, and adoption of predictive and analytical models across teams. - Exceptional ability to translate complex datasets into clear, executive-level insights that inform long-term strategy and influence senior and executive stakeholders. - Demonstrated analytical leadership and strategic curiosity, with a track record of identifying transformational opportunities, challenging conventional thinking, and driving clarity in highly ambiguous environments. • Serve as the client success manager for a portfolio of large, complex clients with revenue under management of 3m+ ARR consistently reselling the value of IH services and solutions while seeking opportunities to deepen the partnership. • Develop a deep understanding of client strategy, partnering with clients to develop measurable goals and define desired business outcomes for their relationship with Included Health. • Establish and maintain Retention and Upsell Plan (RUP) for each assigned client.
