• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Professional Services Consultants focused on onboarding, implementation, and solution delivery for mid-market to enterprise clients. • Drive accountability, execution, and a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, project delivery standards, and coaching frameworks. • Mentor consultants at all levels, from onboarding new hires to developing seasoned experts. • Create clarity in chaos: Navigate shifting priorities, complex client needs, and fast-changing project scopes with poise and urgency. • Become a product expert to effectively navigate complex customer requirements and recommend the best solutions. • Oversee the successful delivery of Professional Services engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. • Establish and promote best practices in enterprise engagements.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Project Management, with at least 2 years managing high-performing delivery teams.
  • Deep understanding of agentic workflows and AI agent prompting, with experience designing or guiding the implementation of intelligent, task-oriented systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex SaaS or technology projects for mid-market to enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional prioritization, ownership mindset, and execution ability.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, clients, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate at scale, be data-driven, and thrive in ambiguity.
