• Own the processing of Non-QM loans and manage complexity • Pre-underwrite every file before submission • Work with bank statement income, P&L programs, and DSCR investor loans • Review files for guideline conflicts and income calculation accuracy • Calculate complex income accurately and document stability • Maintain a clean and organized workflow for submissions • Stay updated with changing guidelines and loan programs
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of processing residential loans in NON-QM Loans
- Experience with DSCR & Bank Statement loans
- Proficiency in using an LOS
- Ability to read a credit report in 60 seconds
- Knowledge of program guidelines and investor overlays
- Ability to pre-underwrite files and catch guideline conflicts
- Excellent problem-solving skills with documentation
- Professional communication with borrowers and loan officers

• Communicate with end users and field technicians to provide technical support over the phone and/or via email to assist in repairs on warranty and non-warranty hot side foodservice equipment • Provide exceptional customer service, effectively communicating equipment information and troubleshooting solutions in a friendly and professional manner • Provide technical support to end users and field technicians over the phone and/or via email (30+ cases per day) • Utilize equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts listings to diagnose and resolve equipment issues • Maintain all customer call information into a company database to better assist future inquiries • Work closely with manufacturers to recommend engineering changes and document equipment/component failure rates
